From Texas Chainsaw Massacre director Marcus Nispel comes the long-awaited re-imagining of the horror classic Friday the 13th, out on DVD and Blu-ray from 10 August.

Supernatural’s Jared Padalecki heads the sexy young cast as Clay, who arrives at the legendary Crystal Lake after his sister goes missing. Against the cautions from the locals, Clay pursues what few leads he has. But little does he know that, lying in wait, and armed with a razor-sharp machete, is the infamous Jason Voorhees (Derek Mears).

This new extended cut has more suspense, scares and even more of our favourite serial killer Jason than the cinema version. Plus, the chilling special features include an in-depth look at the re-imagining of the horror legend and a featurette about the successful movie franchise.
