Ahead of it’s debut on ITV1 on Sunday 17 April, the first episode of the big-budget remake of the 1960s cult classic, The Prisoner, will be screened at the BFI Southbank on Wednesday 14 April.

Jim Caviezel plays Six, an employee of a powerful R&D company, who wakes up to find himself in The Village, a mysterious community surrounded by desert. In his struggle to escape, Six becomes locked in a battle of wits with the town’s sinister controller, Two, played by Sir Ian McKellen.

The Passion of Christ actor, who recently starred in the Aussie horror remake, Long Weekend, will join the preview, along with his co-star Hayley Atwell, in a special Q&A following the screening.
