Couch Potato Pickings | An American sitcom and American Graffiti

I expect you know that this 1973 coming-of-age film set in 1962 was directed by Star Wars creator George Lucas.

But, did you know that it also inspired a popular 1970s-80s American sitcom?

This film and a general nostalgia for 1950s and 60s culture during the 1970s resulted in Happy Days – that popular family show featuring the infamous jukebox-slapping Fonzie and his leather jacket. Heyyy.
