Mind over matter… This sci-fi thriller sees Leo DiCaprio leading a team of specialists into a target’s subconscious in order to plant an idea.
Fangs for the memories… The third instalment of the vampire franchise sees Bella forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob.
Ogre and out… The final instalment of the hugely successful animated franchise sees Shrek tricked into an alternate reality where he must reclaim his true love, Fiona.
Heart of the matter… A single mother (Catherine Zeta Jones) is drawn to her much younger new neighbour (National Treasure’s Justin Bartha) in this American romantic comedy.
Hide and seek… Adrian Brody heads the cast of this sci-fi/horror franchise relaunch as the mercenary leader of a ragtag group of humans being hunted by a fearsome alien race.

Rude awakening…This French romance sees Kristin Scott Thomas as a wife and mother who embarks on a steamy affair with a local handyman.

Good to see Leonardo back with a bang with the fabulous ‘Inception’, definitely one of his better movies, closely following ‘Revolutionary Road.’
This Freudian rooted drama is far more exhilarating, and poignant for me than the highly regarded Box-Office smasher, Titanic… at least in this one he doesn’t sink.
Although I wouldn’t say it’s third time lucky for Shrek, I’m afraid. A very disappointing movie. But my hopes weren’t raised too high anyway. Yet again, the only reason to journey to the big screen would be too see Eddie Murphy’s Donkey!
But criticism aside, Toy Story 3 is really something. Sad, funny and genuinely heart-warming, a big welcome back Woody and Buzz I say, may you never leave.
