Win crime thriller The Son of No One on Blu-ray

THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED. WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL.

Jonathan (Channing Tatum) is a young cop who works hard to keep his life on track and provide for his wife (Katie Holmes) and his ailing daughter.

But this life is threatened when he is assigned to re-open a double homicide case in the Queens neighbourhood where he grew up. An anonymous source feeds new information to local reporter, Bridges (Juliette Binoche) on the long-unsolved murders of two men.

This leads to evidence suggesting a possible police cover-up.  As Jonathan digs deeper into the assignment a dark secret about the case emerges, setting off a chain of events that not only rattles the local neighbourhood but puts his own life in danger and that of his family.

The lovely people at Lionsgate Home Entertainment  have given us three Blu-ray discs to give away. One of them could be yours if you tell us which is your all time favourite cop thriller and why. Leave the answer in the comment box below before 4pm on Friday 4 May when this competition will close.

  1. Baldwin Ho says:

Infernal Affairs (which is the original Hong Kong version of the Oscar winning film The Departed). Double crossings, infiltration of the police and gangs and the stunning rooftop architecture which is integral to the film. Whole film kept me on my toes right until the very end.

    • Adele says:

In total agreement with you Baldwin. Such a memorable movie. The remake didn’t even touch it if you ask me. And the male cast were way hotter in the original!

  2. Graeme says:

“Heat” starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro is a superb film with a great suspenseful ending.

  3. Anthony michael says:

Serpico – Al Pacino is brilliant in this. It’s a very interesting film, based on a true story.

  4. sinead says:

It has to be the die hard films, love them all and have watched them again and again.

  5. Misha Wallace says:

Dirty Harry – Clint Eastwood is the ultimate badass cop with the best one-liners – which makes it extra entertaining when the criminals get their come-uppance. :D
