Jason's a happy bunny - and so's Kristina!
Talk about jumping for joy – Kristina Rihanoff was beside herself when she found out she’d got Jason Donovan as her partner!
She told me that she and boyfriend (and former Strictly partner) Joe Calzaghe had both been desperate for her to be paired with Jason and their wish came true.
Joe even gave Kristina a good luck bracelet, which she wore tonight. Aww…

Jason and Kristina – Yay! I can’t stop smiling at this partnership. Kristina is stunning and hasn’t had the best partners in the past (think John Sergeant) but finally she’s got someone who’s in with a chance. Exciting!
Dan and Katya – I’ll miss Katya’s routines with Gavin Henson, but this could be a good partnership. Dan and Alex Jones are the only celebs with a full-time job but Katya’s a taskmaster so he’s got no chance of skiving off training!
Harry and Aliona - I’m glad they gave Harry a new partner after he won the Children in Need special with Ola, but I’d have preferred to see him with Flavia.
Robbie and Ola – It’s going to be a happy Jordan household tonight – Ola and James are both really excited about their partners! Robbie wants to prove he’s a nice guy and Ola is great at getting the best out of people. This could be brilliant.
Rory and Erin – Erin is thrilled not to have a sportsman for once. Rory’s a bit of an unknown quantity but if anyone can unlock potential it’s Erin.
Audley and Natalie - Natalie’s got a smile on her face and it’s easy to see why. Boxing requires hard work, determination and co-ordination, plus Audley says he’s got rhythm. As long as he doesn’t trip over those size 17 feet!
Russell and Flavia – Poor Flavia looks like she got the short straw with Russell but James Jordan hinted that we’re underestimating him and actually he’s a great mover. Watch this space…
