Russell's dancing through the pain
Just last week we were worried Russell was going to have to pull out of Strictly because of his knee injury.
But now he’s got an all singing, all dancing knee support – the same one used by Olympians – nothing’s going to stop him performing.
‘If Olympic skiers can come tearing down Mont Blanc, then I can certainly come tearing down the staircase of Strictly Come Dancing’ he told The Metro.
Russell has been comparing notes with Artem, who will be sitting on the sidelines for tomorrow’s performance after fracturing his spine.
‘Artem and I have been texting each other all week. He’s a lovely man and I’m absolutely devastated for him. I hope he makes a full recovery.’
