Well now you can… at least if you’re using a PC with Internet Explorer… (sorry Mac folks, yet again treated like the poor cousins…)
The official 24 website has a fantastic Jack Bauer role-play game with three separate missions that require you to drive your SUV like a maniac round big sweeping roads with lots of tight corners requiring handbrake turns, run other cars off the road, and generally be a bad ass.
It takes a while to load up, but it’s well worth the wait, with fab graphics, phone calls from CTU telling you off for killing civilians and possibly the worst Kiefer Sutherland impersonator ever, growling things like “There’s no time. I’ll take care of it myself.”
As you can see from this shot we’ve not managed to prevent a major nuclear explosion yet, but dammit – Jack Bauer never gives up! Sorry boss, no time for work today, we’re busy saving America from terrorists!
