This has been coming and going off YouTube for the past 24 hours, so watch it while you can. It’s the trailer for the forthcoming 24 series seven prequel – 24: Exile – and it looks like a real return to form. Look out for the US’s first female president, Robert Carlyle popping up, and the return of old favourites Powers Boothe and Peter MacNicol. Can Jack Bauer save the world yet again?

Americans are very lucky to be seeing Robert Carlyle in 24:Exile first. He’s a great actor and so sexy. I’ve never watched 24 before but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this prequel.
You’ll be pleased to know, Vicki, that Sky One will be showing it only a day or two after it US broadcast.
That’s great news, thanks. I’ll keep a look out for it.
Jack seems to have regained his spirit…the time during the writers strike was spent in a serious creative manner..this storyline works..a New President..with new challenges..and Jack in all of his covert glory
We agree! This is a new dawn for Jack, let’s put season six behind us and never again mention that Dr Romano off ER was Jack’s brother…
