Actors – is there anything they can’t do?

The latest craze on US telly seems to be demonstrating that the stars truly are all-singing, all-dancing buckets of talent – what with Hugh Laurie whipping out his guitar on House, and the cast of Scrubs bouncing their way through a full-blown musical episode, it seems there’s no end to their talents.

We’re all for it, especially if it means we get to see CSI‘s Gil Grissom tap-dancing next season, or Dexter revealing an uncanny knack for ventriloquism.

The humble karaoke bar is one of the perfect venues for a bit of showing off in a show – here are some of our favourites, and a couple of golden oldies too. Feel free to add to our list.
