For the first-time in the UK, Iwrin Allen’s Land of the Giants and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea TV shows are being released as Limited Edition Complete box-sets, and we have box sets for you to win.
This week, its Land of the Giants that we are featuring. It’s 1983 and sub-orbital spaceship the Spindrift is en route from Los Angeles to London. Mid-flight, the craft is drawn into a space storm, forcing it to crash on a planet inhabited by giant aliens.
The box-set includes all 51 episodes, rare collector’s cards and a stack of bonus material, including the Pilot with cast commentary, outtakes, unaired Pilot, presentation reel, special effects shots, stills and photo galleries, cast interviews, MAD magazine parody, and booklets.

What an amazing series, takes me back to my childhood and watching it when life was carefree
I would definitely want to fly through the wardrobe to Narnia!!! Despite everything (witches, goblins etc) it’s got to be less stressful than here!
If I was in the Spindrift as a passenger I would fly to a remote little island paradise with a palm tree and lots of white sand and a few hammocks to lie in and soak up the peace and tranquility while watching the clear turqoise sea lapping the shore!
If I were a passenger aboard the Spindrift,
I’d fly anywhere the Spindrift would take me!

If I was in the Spindrift as a passenger, I would fly up into space and find a wormhole which would take you through to another time on Earth. I would then hopefully visit Howarth and pay a visit to my heroines, the Bronte sisters, and take tea with them whilst discussing the novels they were writing!
I too would fly to exotic secluded island, where the sun shines, the sea is warm and wonderfully blue, the sand was a lovely golden colour, wher I could laze aroud all day, and not be disturbed by kids LOL xx

I’d fly down to Melbourne to see my friend who I’ve been trying to get to see for years now.

I’d go to Las Vegas, and see the Coliseum, the Effiel Tower and The Statue of Liberty. Three landmarks in one trip – magic!!

Definitely stay on earth,especially after all that time on the planet of the giants.First a brief visit to London (the original destination before they hit the space storm)then time for some well deserved relaxation,Barbados sounds good.I loved this series when I was a child,only three channels on t.v. in those days and this was a gem.Please let me win.

I loved watching this on Sunday afternoons! I would go on a round the world flight, but I would want it to be in the right sizes!

I’d go to New York and try and blag a part in Law and Order SVU- a dream come tru!
If I was in ‘The Land of The Giants’ I would have flown the Spindrift to South Africa during the 2010 World Cup and ‘bumped’ into the ball from Fran Lampards’ shot making sure it stayed over the line and no-one would see me do it
