When a serial ‘hair stalker’ escalates to the murder of a woman who is found dead with a 1970s hairstyle style and vintage clothes to match in order to recreate a particular woman the CSIs turn to his ‘muse’ to identify the suspect before he claims his next victim.

The team takes on Reed Rockwell, a crooked media consultant who refuses to reveal himself to the public and has nothing they can get him on. To flush him out, the team sets Rockwell up as a hero so they can find out what he’s hiding and bring him down.
