We’re getting proper excited about the ninth series of CSI, which is arriving on Five in a matter of mere days! Time’s running out for Warrick, as evidenced by the tearjerker of a trailer we found yesterday – but there will be a few new faces to try and ease the pain. One of them is ‘sassy’ newbie Riley Adams, who’s played by The L Word‘s Lauren Lee Smith. Here’s Lauren to tell us more:

Hopefully Riley will fare better than rookies Holly Gribbs (Chandra West), who didn’t make it past the pilot, and Ronnie Lake (Jessica Lucas) who simply seems to have disappeared…
