I’m beginning to wonder if CSI: Miami’s Horatio Caine is actually modelled on Gerry Anderson’s ultimate law enforcer, the indestructable Captain Scarlet, as this clip shows not even a super-dooper weapon is enough to stop him getting the bad guys…
