When’s it back? Channel 4, Wednesday 3 September
Those pesky Channel 4 schedulers really left us dangling when they took Desperate Housewives off air slap bang in the middle of the best series yet, didn’t they?
Gaby didn’t know Carlos was blind, Bree’s roof blew off and even though the poor viewers were still in the dark, after what seemed like an eternity, Adam and Dylan discovered the truth about creepy Katherine when they read that blooming note.
Now it’s back, her big old secret is finally going to be revealed in monumental style. I for one can’t wait for The West Wing’s Gary Cole to turn up as Ms Mayfair’s not-quite-as-dead-as-we thought ex-hubby. And believe us, there are even more twists in the tale than that.
The biggest shocker, though, won’t be until right at the end of the series when life in Wisteria Lane suddenly moves forward five years. But will the girls have aged at all or will they looked as botoxed-up as ever?
