First look at Dollhouse, the latest show from Buffy and Angel showrunner Joss Whedon

Dollhouse cast

While frankly they did very little for me, I understand that there are one or two of you out there who were quite keen on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel back in the day. Well, for you and you only, we bring you clips of Dollhouse, the latest televisual masterpiece from the aforementioned shows’ creator, Joss Whedon.

The series, which will debut in the States in January (no news on the UK as yet, I’m afraid), centres on five ‘dolls’, who live in the titular Dollhouse, where, in return for squillions of dollars, they have their personalities wiped clean and are imprinted with new personas and kick-ass skills before being hired out for different assignments.

The cast includes Eliza Dushku (Faith in Buffy) as Echo, a longtime doll who is beginning to piece together what is happening to her, and Olivia Williams (Bruce Willis’s wife The Sixth Sense) as the Dollhouse’s ruthless CEO Adelle DeWitt.
