   The green jumper you are wearing is either very Christmassy or rather post-office party sickly! My question – I love your vodcasts but have never watched the show, I want to start by watching the very best episode first, but not the very first episode ever as I don’t like pilots! What is the best episode of all time? Thank you – Dario

   Glad you like the jumper, Dario!
   I’m afraid watching Heroes without seeing the pilot might leave you a little perplexed, but if you fancy seeing one episode as a taster I recommend Company Man (series one, episode 17). There’s a bit of the continuing story in there, but it’s mainly classily done flashbacks about HRG (aka our fave Noah Bennet).
   Give it a go, and if it’s your sort of thing go back to the very start!

   I get a bit worried about flashback episodes, they are a bit like greatest hits albums – it usually means something is about to end or be cancelled! My favourite epiodes of cult shows are the one-off kind, such as Cagney and Lacey when one of the cops is kidnapped and held in a hut for the whole episode, or Quincey, where the hero is infected with a deadly virus for the whole episode! Does Heroes have an OMG!!! episode that’s different from all the others??

   Love the vodcast!! I watch it on YouTube. When will you guys get your own TV Show then? – I’d tune in for sure!

   PS – Where did you buy your fabulous jumpers from anyway or is it a work uniform?? Keep on Vodding:)

   If you don’t like flashbacks, it’s probably worth steering clear of Heroes! Company Man’s probably as close as you’ll get to a one-off episode. Surely the best one-off ep has to either be Buffy’s Hush or Lost’s Expose…

   My favourite one-off episode is Musings of a Cigarette Smoking Man from X-Files.

   I appreciate flashbacks when part of the plot – like in Lost, but not to fill up an episode when the budget runs out at the end of a season!

   Who is the pin-up on Heroes, male or female – and can I download good wallpaper from anywhere?
