I don't think that its a versus thing going on its either that; One lot is off the island and the other lot arn't and they want to switch places, but neither of them lot know that whatever they do our where-ever they go they are still going to be in danger of something. Rose and Bernard have never been a "main" charecters i think they are still in it, but they have never been on any other of the promo's, and as for Jin and Michael we all think they are dead because of the explosion and we saw a flashforward of Sun, her daughter and Hurley go and visit a memorial grave for Jin. Destiny isn't a new charecter its that destiny is what the island is if you get me. In other words Destiny Calls = The Island Calls.
