Eagle-eyed TV spies might have noticed a curious logo during the Fray’s Lost season-five-clip-featuring pop video. And as Heather discovered, it is in fact the logo for Ajira Airways – but what on earth is that?
If you head over to the Ajira Aiways website you’ll discover they’re apparently a new travel operator who claim ‘the skies have no limit’, inviting us to ‘take an adventure anywhere around the globe and reimagine your world as big as ours’. They say their new destinations will be launching on January 21st, 2009 – which just happens to be about the time Lost returns to our screens.
What’s more, you can join the mailing list for future information. Does this mean another Lost ARG is in the offing? And who could be behind Ajira Airways – surely the only people who could afford such a project are Charles Widmore, lotto-winner Hurley or the vengeful Sun?
One last thing – ajira is apparently Hindi for island…
