NEW SERIES Well done those lovely people at FX. We don’t have to wait until next year for the resolution to last week’s cliff-hanging finale because they are showing the new seventh series straightaway. Without giving too much away, life will never be the same again for Ziva.

NEW SERIES Okay, it hasn’t got John Simm or Philip Glenister in it, but it’s fun watching Jason O’Mara and Harvey Keitel step into their shoes in this US version of the hit British show. New York detective Sam Tyler is hit by a car in 2008 and wakes up in 1973 where there are no computers or forensics to help with the crime-solving – just old-fashioned (and brutal) detective work.
