It’s not a brand new episode, but it’s a classic, as Jonathan and Clark discover a Kryptonian medallion that allows Clark to see glimpses of the past – cue flashback! Tom Welling and Kristen Kreuk don award-winning costumes to star as the main protagonists from 40 years earlier, Jor-el and Lana’s aunt Louise, and the storyline sheds light on the murder of Louise and Jonathan’s previously unknown role in Jor-el’s time on earth.
9pm, One Tree Hill, E4
Lucas and Lindsay combine their stag and hen nights in an attempt to make Nathan and Haley talk to each other. Please get back with that man, Haley – otherwise he’ll grow that awful beard/mullet combo again! Meanwhile, Brooke has a major showdown with her mother, Dan gets out of jail, blast from the past Chase shows up rather randomly, and Jackson ‘Jamie’ Brundage shows yet again that he is by far the most talented member of the cast. (Apart from the rabbit.)
10pm, The Wire, FX
McNulty leaks more information on his invented serial killer to the newspaper, but things begin to get complicated when Templeton starts to embellish the story with some ‘facts’ of his own. Somehow I don’t think anyone’s going to see the funny side of this when it all comes out… And Omar makes his move on Marlo’s soldiers. You just know that’s going to end badly.
