A classic episode of the sitcom with guest star Ellen DeGeneres playing a savvy nun who buys Grace’s uncle’s car and then shows a postively un-Christian side when Grace tries to buy the old jalopy back. Plus, Jack becomes convinced his absentee father is African-American, and Karen faces competition when an equally eccentric rich pal tries to steal Rosario. Top stuff.
9pm, Gossip Girl, ITV2
Serena and Dan get stuck in a lift during a blackout and have to sort things out once and for all, Blair wonders why there’s not much passion between her and Marcus, Nate struggles to balance his feelings for Vanessa and Catherine and Jenny risks her internship when she is caught critiquing one of the Eleanor Waldorf designs by the woman herself. Doh!
9pm, CSI, Living
In a somewhat tongue-in-cheek episode, an actress is killed on the set of her horror movie set, the victim of an axe murderer. The studio bosses are the prime suspects since the tragedy is uncannily similar to several of their films – just think of the publicity! However, when Ronnie makes an impromptu visit to the set it quickly becomes clear there’s a much more terrifying explanation. Horror movie fans, keep your eyes peeled – there are loads of references to the classics.
