Six things we learned today | Wednesday 22 October

Dexter’s back for good!

1. Great news (unless you’re a killer trying to evade justice): Dexter has been commissioned for another two seasons after the third one that’s airing Stateside.

2. Smallville’s late Lionel Luthor, John Glover, and his magnificent head of hair will be appearing as a love interest for Saul in Brothers & Sisters.

3. Lost‘s mysterious time cop Miss Hawking is set to return to the series with a surprising connection to one our fave characters…

4. Is there more to Joshua Jackson’s character in Fringe than meets the eye? Of course there is – it’s a JJ Abrams series, isn’t it.

5. Life on Mars US is treating us to a selection of hits from 1972 on it’s rather-good very-own online radio station.

6. Private Practice is the latest series to be commissioned for a full-length season.
